Joseph provides complete oversight of all G&S fund services including team sales, business development and operations. Joseph Goldstein has over 30 years of experience in finance and controllership. He has been the chief financial officer for more than 15 companies, in ten different industries, including senior level management positions in the following Fortune 500 companies: CitiesService Company (Citgo), in which he served as group CFO-Plastics and Special Products, assistant to Corporate Controller - compliance(Sec, FASB) and Itel Corporation, a data and financial service company in which he served as CFO of five divisions and groups.

Joseph earned an Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University and has served as an adjunct lecturer of finance in the City University of New York since 1986. 

Karen Deng provides the direct day to day oversight of the operations and accounting team and serves as the main point of contact for investor services. She has been with G&S for over a year and has worked with more than 25 hedge funds with varying strategies including long/short, multi-strategy, forex, PIPE funds and commodities. Prior to joining G&S, she was a senior accountant at the Agricultural Bank of China in the JiangXi Province. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration in Accountancy and a Bacherlor of Science in Accounting from Brock University of Canada. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Nankai University in TianJiang, China. Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mohammad Bhatti manages the G&S fund accountants and is responsible for the fund accounting processes for G&S clients.  Prior to joining G&S Fund Services in 2009, Mohammad was a fund accountant for Laurus Capital Management. Mohammad earned his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the City University of New York at Queens.   

Jane is a senior fund accountant and handles the fund accounting for G&S clients.  Before joining G&S Fund Services, Jane worked at KPMG as a fund audit associate and participated in the audit of several major hedge fund clients.  Jane has also served as controller for Mini Micro Supply, Inc.  Prior to coming to the United States, Jane served as a senior financial analyst for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.  She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and earned her Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Nicole is responsible for fund accounting and handles the reporting for many G&S clients.  Prior to joining G&S, Nicole worked as a senior auditor at KPMG in Taiwan.  She earned her Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Finance and Marketing concentration.

PeiLan is responsible for fund accounting and handles the reporting for many G&S clients. Prior to joining G&S, PeiLan worked as an auditor at Deloitte in NY. She earned her Master of Science in accounting from St. John's University in New York.

John is responsible for fund accounting and reporting for several G&S clients. Prior to G&S, John worked as a senior auditor for Anchin, Block, & Anchin, LLP where he specialized in audit and tax engagements of Investment Partnerships.  John is a CPA in the state of New York and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
